These terms cover your use of the Motorsports Association (“MSA”) website, run by SB Group. By using the site or signing in, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

What MSA is

MSA is a community motorsport organisation that runs racing series on Roblox. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Roblox Corporation, Formula 1, the FIA or any real-world racing series, team or sponsor. Names and marks of MSA’s teams and series belong to their creators.

Your account

  • You sign in with your own Roblox account. Don’t sign in as someone else or share your session.
  • You must follow Roblox’s own Terms of Use and Community Standards, on and off the track.
  • You can sign out of every device, download your data or delete your account at any time from your account page.

What you post

Drivers and team principals can publish profile text, links and images, and file incident reports. Whatever you add must be your own or something you’re allowed to use. It must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, misleading, or break anyone’s rights or Roblox’s rules. You give MSA permission to show what you post on the site and in MSA’s official channels. Staff may edit or remove content and restrict accounts that break these terms.

Team principals

Line-up changes you make take effect immediately and appear publicly, and each one is recorded in the transfer log. Only add drivers who have agreed to race for your team. MSA staff can reverse any change.

Results and decisions

Results are marked Provisional until the stewards confirm them as Final. Stewards’ decisions, penalties and championship standings follow MSA’s sporting regulations, and staff may correct errors at any time. The official record is what MSA publishes on this site.

Using the site fairly

Don’t try to break, overload, scrape at scale or get around the security of the site, or access anything that isn’t yours. We rate-limit and log actions to protect the championship.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is, free of charge, by volunteers. We work to keep it accurate and available but can’t promise it always will be. To the extent the law allows, MSA and SB Group aren’t liable for losses arising from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have under UK consumer law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
